HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY

Top of the mornin' to ya, we hope you all had a happy St. Patty's Day. Rocco had a little party at school and learned all about St. Pat. Did you know we celebrate the day of his death. The reason he is a saint is because he brought Christianity to the Irish and the shamrock stands for the holy trinity. The things I learn from my 4 year old is amazing! After we picked Rocco up from school we went and saw the new movie, "Horton Hears A Who". It's a cute show and the boys enjoyed it. I told Rocco that I'd heard that leprechauns were messin' with people's dinners so, with the help of a little pre added food coloring, I asked Rocco to help stir the mac n cheese which amazingly turned green, he really couldn't believe it! He really couldn't believe it when I poured his sprite in his glass and it instantly turned green. And just when he thought for sure he was going to catch him, magically chocolate gold coins appeared on the counter for dessert. Those tricky leprechauns!

Whitney your blog is amazing. I need to do a little work to mine, but how I love yours. I am so glad my mom told me about your blog. Megan checked it out too. Your boys are so handsome.

You are so creative. I remember my mom doing the green thing when I was growing up. I think of it every year, but have not quite made that it a reality. Next year will be the year. So fun!
